Some of you may have heard Olivia Newton-John on BBC Woman’s Hour, talking about her experience of breast cancer.
She discussed the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle – many things she said are now proven by our own Dr Michelle Harvie to be effective in reducing breast cancer risk.
This includes a Mediterranean style diet, regular exercise, moderation in alcohol and occasional treats.
