Granada TV Raise Thousands for Genesis

Our friends from Granada and Coronation Street have done it again, raising an amazing amount in aid of breast cancer prevention and The Genesis Appeal. Linda & Jenny held “The Stars are Coming out Tonight” party, hosted by Matthew Kelly in November 2009 in memory of Therese Meek, a close friend to many at Granada. The stars of Corrie turned out to show their support and raise awareness of breast cancer, and Jack P Shepherd even pulled on his Genesis Pink Tutu for the night.

The final amount raised by party organisers Linda Kelly and Jenny Cookson at Granada TV was £31, 360.000!!!!

Thank you to Linda and Jenny and everyone who was there on the night, your support has been amazing!!
