The Genesis Student Challenge Conference

The Genesis Appeal is delighted to announce that there will be a Student Challenge Conference Friday 24th September 2010.

Genesis is aiming to help students gain work experience by encouraging them to organise fundraising events, under the guidance of the Genesis fundraising team. This will provide them with impressive information to include in their personal statements and CV’s.

The conference will include a guided tour of The Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Centre, which is the first in Europe, followed by an explanation of the achievements and aims of The Genesis Appeal to stop breast cancer.  The Student Challenge will then be discussed, encouraging students to identify their strengths and interests in fundraising.

The Conference invites six students and a teacher from High Schools in the North West.
